The overall goal of this project which is funded by Swedish Strategic Foundation for Research, Swedish Research Council and Vinnova is to develop a new generation of biocompatible replacements for blood vessels.
Scholarship Details:
We are offering a post-doc position for one year. The post-doc is expected to work both independently and as member of a project team including both technical staff and students. The candidate should have cell biology and preferentially microbiology as a main interest, have ability to plan and organize the work, and be able to communicate the scientific results through scientific publications.
Qualification Details:
Candidates for the position should have a PhD degree in cell biology, knowledge of biomicroscopy and sterile techniques. Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written, are required. Good knowledge in Swedish is also strongly encouraged.
